The women who attended the first of the official training walks on Saturday were fortunate enough to meet Michele Rosengren, principal of TREKBEYOND. Michele will be making sure that we all the reach the top of Mt Kosci without incident & was there on Saturday to monitor our fitness levels, answer any questions and provide hiking tips etc, during the walk from Balmoral to Bradleys Head. It was a lovely opportunity for some of the 100 women to meet & get to know each other.
