Ladies, get out your walking boots as you have now all been notified about the details of the training program provided by Trekbeyond in preparation for the Humpty's Hike. Use the following group walk dates to make as part of your own program, it will also enable you to meet other Humpty's Hikers and be much more enjoyable than training alone.
These are the proposed dates and walks to pop in the diary and let anyone else know who may want to join us - they don't have to be going on the Hike, the more the merrier. The locations and dates may change once we start talking to each other and will be confirmed each week so keep checking back to the BLOG to see the 'where to meet' details. The early departing time - 6.30am - will ensure everyone is able to get back to enjoying their families and other commitments. Please feel free to comment on the BLOG each week and let us know if you will be joining in on the scheduled walk.
